Generational
Health
Lift Us founder Mike Jenkins uses the term "Generational Health" to describe the goals of our work in the community. Youth who grow up in Lift Us Foundation become the healthiest of their families, both physically and mentally, and pass these values and tools forward. Generational health is foundational to long-term development and built upon 6 pillars of success.

One | Physical strength
We teach the value of physical health through technique-based strength training and weightlifting, ensuring long-term measurable outcomes. Physical strength and health are the foundations for lifelong success.
