YOUTH WEIGHTLIFTING PROGRAM

INTERMEDIATE PROGRAM

In our intermediate program, athletes learn the foundations of resistance training and practice building-block movements to ensure proper form and technique. Our athletes begin Olympic weightlifting at their own pace in a team atmosphere under the careful supervision of nationally certified coaches with extensive experience.


This program is open to all graduates of the beginner program and beneficial for athletes in all sports. Tuition assistance is available; please use the contact form below for more information.
